Claude Dozorme

These are classic French style steak knives made by one of the oldest knife making houses in France. These knives feature a high-polish stainless steel plain edge blade. They have full-tang construction with the Laguiole Bee. They are superior in quality and the fit and finish are beautiful. The super hard olive wood handles are very striking and beautiful. Blade length: 4". Overall length: 8 3/4". Box dimensions: 10 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 1 1/4". Comes in very attractive wood gift box. Made in France.

These knives are beautiful
I bought these as a wedding gift for a coworker and she was thrilled when she opened them. The quality was superb and I was very happy with them when they arrived. The olive wood handles were gorgeous.

love these knives
I & my kids use these knives with most big meat meals.There's nothing that I can whinge about these blades....although I'm worried about how to keep them sharp...complex blades, not easy for home honing.Great hand feel, best knives I've ever used.
