Claude Dozorme

These are classic French style steak knives made by one of the oldest knife making houses in France. These knives feature a high-polish stainless steel plain edge blade. They have full-tang construction with the Laguiole Bee. They are superior in quality and the fit and finish are beautiful. The super hard olive wood handles are very striking and beautiful. Blade length: 4". Overall length: 8 3/4". Box dimensions: 10 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1 1/4". Comes in very attractive wood gift box. Made in France.

Great quality and design.
We've only just 'inaugurated' these knives with a rare rack of lamb. Very smooth cut - beautifully crafted, classy knives. The recipient was quite happy with this gift.
