worked great
I got this knife as a x mas present. Last week I downed a 60lb hog. I used this knife to field dress it. The gut hook worked great and the blade design made short work of the rest. When I got the hog home to process the rest, this 15 dollar knife made it thru that about halfway. Then, I hit it with a steel and finished caping the quarters etc. A 15 dollar knife !!!I use low cost knives for hunting with the intent of of one time use from field dress to ice down. This one gets a new edge and goes out again. Also, I really liked the blade design during the field dress process.
