I carry this push dagger every day clipped to the inside of my pants by the ulti-clip so I can get to it with either hand.The sheath has tension adjustment via the 2 screws on each side of the sheath opening. The 36 MJ is comfortable to carry and is easily hidden inside of a shirt left untucked. If I wear a shirt tucked, I slip the blade in my pocket. There have been no retention issues and I'm able to thumb the blade out quickly with practice. The previously mentioned retention problems are hard for me to imagine with the sheath I was provided.

Don't buy
Blade is decent. Handle is too large and concave causing blade to stick out at an angle from your fist instead of straight. Absolutely no retention of blade in sheath or way to tighten it. Gravity is only thing holding it in. Clip it on your belt and it will fall out if you sit down. No way to securely carry it makes it worthless
