A fishermans knife
I tend to use a buck knife for most things but i recieved this knife in a care package. This is my first knife I've owned from this company but I've heard all good things and was pleased to recieve it. Its lightweight, it slides effortlessly in and out of the sheath and locked in when sheathed. I may be biased on the fact i usually use stronger and bigger knives but as a test i decided to strike a ferro rod a few times. yes that is a no no always use the back of your knife, only 3 strikes and already started to dull. Thats okay though because it was only a minor test to judge the steel for me and i have already sharpened the 2 spots back up effortlessly. This is an excellent knife to go fishing with as it will cut line like butter and my buddy managed to filet a few trout with it pretty well. I wouldnt use it as a bushcraft tool though so this is going into my tackle box kit.
