The special edition hunting/fishing/skinning fillet knife is a mouthful when you say it but it is also a lot of utility knife in one package. The design is based off Ken's 6" curved fillet knife but with specific upgrades to make this a tool to be used in the outdoors, as well as in the kitchen. The 6" black DLC coated blade is made from BD1N nitrogen steel, hardened to 63HRC with a screen printed Ken Onion signature on the backside. The handle is made from beautifully polished black G10 which is designed with an indentation for your fingers to fit impeccably, creating the perfect safe grip. It combines a Ken Onion signature drop handle and control bump that lets you use the knife smoothly and efficiently no matter how tall you are or which hand you cut with, while reducing forearm stress and offering increased stability. This combination of materials, makes it one of the best performing field knives ever. Perfect for salt water or getting dropped in the mud, this outdoor knife will stand up to anything and last for a lifetime. Only 150 will ever be made and each knife includes a leather belt sheath.
