Very nice mid-size working fixed blade
I bought this on impulse, but I am very happy with it. For a smaller fixed blade, it is very robust. The spine is thick, the gaurd is functional, the tip is strong, and the deep flat grind produces a blade that makes it usable as both a camp knife as well as a defense oriented knife. The blade steel is great for a knife of this type. It is easy to shapen and takes a great edge, but you will have to sharpen it more frequently with harder use. The handle is a little oddly shaped from a visual perspective, but in the hand, it works just fine. The handle could use some additional grip texture, but that is something that can be fixed once you get it in your hand and decide how you want to hold it. The sheath is very nice and has great retention, and the Teklok adapter is a SUPER nice touch that give you plenty of flexibility with attaching it to your belt and carrying it. One of my favorite mid-size fixed blades.
