Absolutely Fantastic Cleaver!
With the price, I was hesitant to buy this cleaver; "What if it's a piece of crap, like most new cleavers? That's a lot of money to flush down the toilet!"But my fears were totally unjustified!I've had this cleaver for a few years now and it performs amazingly. I've used it to butcher hogs, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys and ostriches and it just does a FANTASTIC job of breaking down the carcasses! The weight is as close to perfect as I've seen; heavy enough to cut through bones, but not so heavy that it wears you out using it.In the kitchen I use this cleaver to cut up pork loins into chops, as well as frozen chicken and frozen sausage for frying. This cleaver is so good, that my grown and young children have each said when I die, they want my cliever! So it looks like I'm going to have to buy several more cleavers! And the best part: The EXCELLENT Esee warranty goes with the cleaver itself!

Esee Cleaver
Super sharp. Great in the kitchen. I haven`t been camping with it yet though, but I know it will be a beast out in the "wilds". I look forward to using it for wood processing and shelter building and other bushcrafting chores. I couple it with my Bark River Aurora. A great team.
