Highlighted by its silky smooth action and featherweight nature, the Malibu is an EDC force to be reckoned with. The reverse tanto blade is especially good at utility tasks with a slight belly and a strong useful tip. The ergonomic handle is milled aluminum with a tapered shape and finger grooves that really allow for a solid, non-slip grip. The deep carry clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry and a tiny lanyard hole is built into the single-piece handle scales/backspacer. It reminds us a bit of a Kershaw Leek and a Benchmade 940...two of the best EDC knives available and we think it'll find a home alongside those powerhouses in no time. This model features a sapphire blue DLC blade and black dragon scale machined aluminum scales with an abalone.
