Schrade Knives

Old Timer's 152OT Sharpfinger is one tough-use fixed blade. The high carbon stainless steel blade features a modest 3.3" of raw slicing power for all of your hunting and field stripping needs. The old-school style of this hunting knife is reminiscent of the knives our grandfathers carried way back when. The Delrin handles feature an appealing sawcut texture which provides excellent grip in all conditions, wet or dry. Included with the knife is a leather belt sheath designed for vertical carry.

Pleasantly Surprised
OK First off... this little guy is made in China. Don't let that throw you off! This little knife is made solid. Sharp out of the box. Only required minimum touch-up to get shaving sharp. This knife has many uses from being a good skinner to preparing fish. No Problem for this guy. The only drawback is wife wants to use it to slice veggies so I have to clean it often. It's cheap so, I'll probably buy her one too.Very much recommended.

Schrade old timer 152 OTBC
I have a newer series model old timer sharp finger 152 OTBC camouflage handles and 7CR17 stainless steel blade all black coating and is actually from 2014 I’ve carried it squirrel hunting and rabbit hunting and keep it touched up on a stone about every few times of use while it is actually still sharp that way it’s always sharp and stays easy to sharpen without much effort and it has a leather sheath the 7CR17 steel blade is actually pretty easy to sharpen for being a Chinese production steel I’m actually really impressed with it and actually have the old timer 158OT with gut hook as well and haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I figure it wil be no different then my other one at all either.

I have 2 made in USA
I have 2 of these. Onewith white Schrimshaw handles. Mayflower on 1 side and Eagle on the other. The other has a plain white handle. I plan someday to Schrimshaw it. I do Schrimshaw on Ivory piano keys when I can find an old piano on the roadside. I take the keys. They make nice oval necklace carved pieces of ships, whales, bears, etc... Both say Schrade USA. Not chines junk as most are today ! Skinning critters is a breeze with these! FYI
