Description
PFE08DS: PFE08 Grow - Black G10
Petrified Fish
The PFE08 Grow is one of the only button lock flippers on offer from Petrified Fish. The long clip point blade is made from K110 tools steel which is known for its wear resistance and strength. The blade can be opened with a push on the flipper tab, a flick of the thumb stud, or by simply flicking your wrist with the button depressed. The handles come in either a standard black G10 or green or red Gmascus. The inclusion of the button lock makes the Grow a fun knife to play with and the price ensures you won't break your wallet to do so. The Grow comes with a titanium deep carry pocket clip.

Right on the button
I have been buying mid price knives lately. I now have many different lock types from civivi, Qsp, crkt, Kershaw and more. So I can compare this one to others in the same price range. I bought it because I didn't have a button lock yet. I was surprised how well it is made. It's as smooth as civivi and the fit and finish is on par with Qsp. It has thick strong liners. A milled titanium pocket clip. Mine has an evenly ground blade anb the edge bevel is near perfect. Is average sharp. It's just so good overall I have to say it won't take a back seat to any knife I have. Knife center keeps sending me knives that have no defects and I get them fast.

It's a home run!
I can say without a doubt this knife is a great value! In the last year I have been buying so called "budget" pocket knives. I have brands like civivi, qsp, crkt, and more. I wanted a button lock as I have most other types of lock. I thought petrified fish would be a decent knife choice. I was surprised to see that this knife Is a great buy! It's better. Buy one.
